Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle announced for Europe

Namco Bandai Europe has announced Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle, a localization of the recently announced Saint Seiya Chronicle. The game will launch on European PlayStation 3s in 2012.

Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle will “immerse players in the most popular drama from Saint Seiya: The Sanctuary,” where Seiya and his allies fight to defeat the gold saints and protect Athena. The game features twelve levels through the palaces, a special mode with alternative stories “to delight the fans,” the original Japanese voiceover, and a design “faithful to the anime.”

Sanctuary Battle will be on display at the Japan Expo from June 30 to July 3, 2011 in Paris. An on-stage demo and “world exclusive first ever playable version” of Sanctuary Battle will be on display at Namco Bandai’s booth.
