Tales of Xillia partner support moves detailed

In the Tales of Xillia battle system, “Link Mode” is one of the biggest aspects of battle. In this mode, the player-controlled character will “link” up with another party member, who will provide you with supporting moves and abilities.

Today, Namco Bandai detailed the character-specific moves.

• Jude – he has a Restore move which he’ll use to recover you if you’re killed by an enemy.
• Mira – she has a Bind move which will trap the enemy in a circular blue field, leaving it open to your attacks.
• Alvin – he has a Breaker move which will break the enemy’s guard and make them more vulnerable to paralyzation.
• Leia – she has an Item Steal ability, which allows her to quickly approach the enemy and snatch an item.
• Rowen – he has an Auto Magic Guard ability, which will protect you from magic in a blue bubble. You can freely move around when in this state.
• Elise – she has an move called Tipo Drain, which allows her to drain HP and TP from the enemy and transfer it to the player-controlled character.
