Aretha Reunion Project crowdfunding campaign announced

Yanoman will launch a Campfire crowdfunding campaign for its “Aretha Reunion Project,” originally announced in March and subsequently followed by the reveal of Aretha Collection 1993-1995, the company announced. The campaign will aim to realize several Aretha revival projects based on the amount of funding achieved.

The following content will be unlocked as each funding milestone is reached:

• 10,000 yen – A thank-you message sent to all supporters, plus an Aretha Kingdom Resident Registration (supporters’ names listed on a new website with character icons)
• One million yen – New manga booklet by Yoshito Asari, plus a PDF of the unpublished scenario “Howard War Chronicle Fragment: Remnants of the Magic Doll,” both sent to all supporters
• Five million yen – Exclusive reunion t-shirt, Rejoice strategy guide, Yanoman rare footage DVD, passport (issued by Aretha Kingdom), and a PDF of the unpublished scenario “Magic Doll Recollections: The Glass Promise,” sent to all supporters
• 10 million yen – Production and sale of an official Aretha jigsaw puzzle and official Aretha art book, plus a new casual Aretha game released for iOS and Android (with all supporters listed in the credits).
• 30 million yen – Re-release of the official Game Boy versions of Aretha, Aretha II, and Aretha III for Switch (other platforms under consideration), plus a support character button badge sent to all supporters
• 50 million yen – Production of a new Aretha anime and a new Aretha drama CD
• 80 million yen – Establishment of the Aretha Production Committee (not merely a management organization, but a committee to jointly develop Aretha together with everyone), plus a new Aretha YouTube anime series with the launch of the official Aretha Channel (tentative name)
• 100 million yen – A brand-new Aretha game for PlayStation 5, Xbox, Switch, PC (Steam), iOS, and Android (with supporters listed in the credits)

The crowdfunding campaign will launch on July 15 at 21:00 JST.
