Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of July 20, 2020 to July 26, 2020.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons for Switch reclaimed the top spot this week at an additional 94,115 retail copies moved after being dethroned last week by the launch of Ghost of Tsushima. Both Ghost of Tsushima and Paper Mario: The Origami King maintained a steady second week, moving another 53,387 copies and 50,643 copies, respectively.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold an overwhelming 125,231 units, while the PlayStation 4 family sold 1,434 units, and the 3DS family sold 982 units.
