Japanese game studios hiring for development on “next-generation hardware”

A “major game company” based in Koto, Tokyo is hiring a “localizer / translator / planner” for development on a “new console game” for “next-generation hardware.”

Similarly, a “game developer with strong console game development” based in Shibuya, Tokyo that has “developed notable titles,” is hiring a planner to work on a “next-generation hardware title.” The job listing mentions planning related to boss battles, including the specifications and ordering of each boss, parameter settings, and the like.

The job listings follow a Luminous Productions character modeler listing the development of a “new AAA title for PS5” on his LinkedIn resume.
