Human Head Studios has released the pre-alpha trailer for Rune: Ragnarok, its August 2017-announced PC open-world action RPG set in a dangerous Norse world.
A followup to the 2000-released Rune, Rune: Ragnarok places players in the middle of a battle where gods, beasts, and the last remaining humans struggle to survive. Players will pledge allegiance to one of the Norse gods, and gain favor and special abilities to aid them as they raid enemy villages, fight the undead, sail to new lands, and craft powerful weapons to complete the goals of their god.
