The Technomancer ‘Companions’ trailer

The unique companions that will help you on your journey.

The Technomancer

Focus Home Interactive has released a new trailer for The Technomancer introducing the interactions and relationships you will create with companions who follow you on your journey.

Each companion has his own story. Some will join out of loyalty, others out of other opportunity or as a result of a chain of unfortunate events. Players may select up to two companions in their party to take along with them. They each have their own unique fighting styles and special talents, such as crafting, knowledge in science, or lock-picking.

Companions also have their own agendas or preoccupations. They will regularly ask for help or for favors. Accepting their requests will trigger a special series of missions that teaches more about their past and follows their unique scenario.

Additionally, companions will level up alongside the player, and each has his or her own inventory and equipment, behavior and opinions, and moral code. If players act too far against their beliefs, they may even get upset and leave the party.

The Technomancer is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 28.
