Dying Light teases ‘major expansion’ to be shown at Gamescom

180-day recap video teases first footage.

Dying Light

Techland will soon announce a ‘major expansion’ to Dying Light that shows the game from a “totally new angle,” the developer teased. The expansion will first be shown behind closed doors to press at Gamescom, with a public reveal planned for soon after.

“We’re really excited to finally be able to show this major project we’ve been secretly working on since the release of the game,” producer Tymon Smektala said in a press release. “This is Dying Light from totally new angle, but with everything fans love about the original still at the core.”

In a new video that celebrates half a year of Dying Light since its late January release, you’ll find a teaser for the expansion at the end.
