Ryse “shaping up well,” development “on track”

But Crytek CEO is unsure of 2013 release.

Ryse, announced for Xbox 360 at E3 2010 as Codename Kingdoms and re-revealed to be a first-person Kinect brawler a year later, is still “on track,” according to Crytek boss Cervat Yerli has said.

“We’re are on track with all our plans,” Yerli told Official Xbox Magazine at a Crysis 3 event. “The game is really shaping up well, but that’s pretty much all I can say at the moment.”

Asked if Ryse wouldn’t make a 2013 release, Yerli said, “I don’t know.”
