MvC3 had a small roster compared to other VS titles, especially considering they usually grow. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the plan for the get go. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a DLC pack for this as an upgrade.

Knew it, from a guy who’s been playing fighting games since street fighter 2, I saw this coming a mile away. But, I’m still willing to buy it……………………..damn you Capcom.

hmm, if its worth it then perhaps, need to see what they include, and capcom should seriously reward people who bought the first and then the upgrade with like some exclusive content or watever. Also whats up with charging for shadow battle dlc?!?! That should totally be free

considering the amount of DLC and who know how many more characters are coming, I don’t see this as a surprise
