Wilderdark is a survival horror exploration game where you find yourself on an unnatural island infected with a mysterious ectoparasitic organism which is corrupting the dinosaurs and plantlife. Sent in by the organization you work for in search of immortality, you are tasked with documenting the island’s ecosystem, collecting samples and unraveling the fate of previously vanished expeditions—including one led by your own parents.

In Wilderdark, players find themselves crash-landed on a hostile island with only minimal resources to survive. Every step matters in this tense and atmospheric world, where stealth is key and even the smallest sound can attract the attention of deadly apex predators. The island is teeming with unfamiliar and dangerous lifeforms, including grotesque, parasite-infected dinosaurs. To uncover the truth, players will need to carefully observe their surroundings, document discoveries through photography, and craft essential tools from whatever they can find.
