The Tokyo Indie Games Summit Management Office will host independent games exhibition Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 from March 8 to 9, 2025 at Musashino Public Hall in Kichijoji Minami, Musashino, Tokyo, Japan.

Building upon its 2024 showcase, Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 will expand the exhibition areas, while continuing to provide a multi-day experience for industry professionals and consumers alike. Exhibitors can network with gaming professionals on day one, and attendees of all ages, genders, and nationalities will find fresh experiences on day two.

• 13:30 to 13:45 – Opening of Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 – This is the opening of the indie game event Tokyo Indie Games Summit, which aims to be “a place where the talents of various creators, mainly indie games, come together and become an opportunity to aim for the top.” Featuring Yasuhiro Komino (Mayor of Musashino) and Kazunori Sakamoto (Phoenixx).
• 14:00 to 14:45 – Indie Game Creator Support Project Stage Presented by PTW / ADOOR – The PTW Group, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, has launched a new creator support project with the aim of revitalizing the indie game market! Taking advantage of the achievements cultivated in debugging and verification, the details of the project, which fully backs up indie game creators, will be released for the first time on this stage! Featuring Yoshinori Yagi (ADOOR), Teppei Komiya (PTW), and Yusuke Kobayashi (Hibiki).
• 15:00 to 15:45 – Indie Game Journal Tokyo Indie Games Summit Special Stage Vol. 1 – “Indie Game Journal” picks up the hottest titles from the TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2025 lineup! We will deliver the attractiveness of a must-see title to the indie game fans while actually playing it at the stage. This is your chance to meet your “favorites” that you don’t know about yet! Experience the passion of the creators and discover new possibilities for the indie games! Featuring Kakumitsu Ohtsuka (IGJ Chief Editor) and Narihisa Oda (Phoenixx).
• 16:00 to 17:00 – Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 Business Day Special Session Talk About Indie Game Publishing – The finale of the Day 1 of Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 will be a crosstalk between indie game publishers who have supported many indie games as publishers, supported creators, and released many excellent games to the world. A talk stage where independent indie publishers talk about what can only be talked about here. Featuring Shuhei Yoshida (former head of Sony Interactive Entertainment Indies initiative), Shunji Mizutani (PLAYISM), and Kazunori Sakamoto (Phoenixx).

• 11:30 to 12:30 – Niji Sanji Liver participating the battle to decide the Kichijoji Pirate King! – A special event will be held to determine the Pirate King in a heated battle between teams from the general public. The spectacular pirate world will be the stage for heated battles that make full use of strategy and skill. The popular VTuber group “Niji Sanji” will also participate in the event! Featuring Hajime Shibuya (Nijisanji), Mao Mahotsukai (Nijisanji), Sophia Valentine (Nijisanji), and Tachiden Miyako (Nijisanji).
• 12:45 to 13:45 – A Match to Decide Japan’s No. 1 with Competitive Real-Time Strategy Game Jelly Troops: Slime Master Wanted! (Presented by GYAAR Studio)  – We will hold a tournament to determine the best player in Japan, for the competitive real-time strategy game Jelly Troops! Players uses their own strategies to steal each other’s flags. The thrilling matches you will see on the screen are sure to send the audience into a whirlpool of excitement!
