SEGA will host the “Puyo Day 2022 Live Stream: That’s Right! It’s Puyo Day, So Let’s Battle!” on February 4 from 19:00 to 22:00 JST. You will be able to watch it on YouTube and Twitter.

The broadcast will feature a Puyo Puyo Champions live three-on-three match, and a Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 Challenger Team versus Puyo Day 2020 online team match. Viewers who own the Switch version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 can participate on the Challenger Team by joining the “puyoday2022” room during the broadcast. Whichever team has the most wins at the end of the hour will be the victor.

Presenters include host Ayana Tsubaki and guests Akira Miki (Lagnus voice actor), Shinku Jessica members Gaku and Shigeto Kawakita, Puyo Puyo Champions professional players Amemiya Taiyou, Kumachomu, Tomokun, and Piponia, and Puyo Puyo series general producer Mizuki Hosoyamada.
