River City is the common localized title for Arc System Works‘ Kunio-kun games. However, the title has also been licensed for independent use, such as Conatus Creative’s River City Ransom: Underground, which is not a Kunio-kun game. Given the fact that Arc System Works is not mentioned as the publisher in this listing, this is likely a licensed title and not an official Kunio-kun title.
