Composer working on new Ninja Gaiden-related project, more news coming in July [Update]

And that's all we know.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge

Keiji Yamagishi, composer for the Ninja Gaiden series, is working on a “new project related to Ninja Gaiden,” the instrumental musician said on Twitter.

The full tweet reads: “I’m pleased to announce that I’m working on a new project related to Ninja Gaiden. I’ll be able to share more news in July!”

Let’s hope it’s not a pachinko game. (Or a Yaiba game.)

Update: In a second tweet, Yamagishi shared the following update: “I apologize for any confusion caused by this tweet. This new project does not relate to a new video game!”
