Project X Zone 2 coming west this fall

Following its Japanese announcement, Bandai Namco has confirmed it will release Project X Zone 2, sans the Brave New World subtitle, for 3DS in North America, Europe, the Middle-East, and Australasia this fall.

The tactical RPG, developed by Monolith Soft, brings together characters from Bandai Namco, Capcom, and Sega. Players will form teams of these characters and engage enemies in strategic turn-based battles.

New to Project X Zone 2 include characters from Yakuza: Dead Souls, Shinobi, .hack//GU, and more. Find a full list of currently confirmed characters here.

According to Bandai Namco, the first game sold more than 400,000 units.
