Square Enix is hosting an E3 press conference this year, joining Bethesda Softworks as one o this year’s new third-party press conferences. Expect news on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Just Cause 3, Final Fantasy XV, and some surprises, too.
More Star Ocean 5 details came out of this week’s Dengeki PlayStation. The staff talks about the game’s platform choices, development concept, DLC, and more. (Everyone really liked that DLC response.) Also, we have high-res versions of the debut screenshots.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III details have leaked ahead of its Sunday reveal, including information about the game’s Zombies mode, four-player co-op campaign, movement system, and more. Also, it’s coming out on November 6, with a pre-order-exclusive beta. Be sure to watch the Deus Ex-like teaser trailer.
Oh noes, a delay! Makai Shin Trillion won’t make its planned May 21 Japanese release. The game’s been delayed to July 23 so Compile Heart can up the game’s quality.
It took long enough, but first details on the PlayStation 4 version of Fairy Fencer F have come out. Advent Dark Force will add two new scenarios on top of the original game’s scenario, as well as increase the number of characters participating in battle from three to six, among other additions. There’s also a short teaser trailer.
Popular smartphone game Girl Friend Beta is coming to PS Vita as an adventure game. Spend your summer vacation with eight girls as you deepen your relationships with them. It’s out in Japan on August 20.
Tokyo Xanadu will launch for PS Vita in Japan on September 30. Falcom introduced a new character this week, as well as detailed the game’s mysterious Nemesis organization. There’s also first footage of the game, courtesy of a PlayStation lineup trailer.
Believe it or not, more PSP games are coming west, courtesy of Gaijinworks and MonkeyPaw games. Summon Night 5 is due out sometime this year, and Class of Heroes 3 hasn’t been dated yet. Click through for English screenshots and details.
More information on the Persona 4 rhythm game for PS Vita have come out, including information on its note types and Fever system. There’s also a new character trailer, this week highlighting detective Naoto, and a new batch of screenshots (two batches, actually).
Sources indicate Microsoft is remastering the first Gears of War for Xbox One, and it looks like Brink and Dirty Bomb developer Splash Damage are at the helms of it. With E3 fast-approaching, we expect we’ll see it there.
Obaachan—er, Sayuri—will be playable in Senran Kagura: Estival Versus via a free update coming soon. She’s apparently very slow and lacks Shinobi Tenshin capabilities and destructible clothing like the rest of the girls.
■ Sega gauging interest in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade home port
If you ever wanted to play the arcade version of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA at home, you may be in luck. Sega is gauging interest in a home port via a Japanese survey. Hope for the best.

Nippon Ichi Software are reviving The Witch and the Hundred Knight, originally released for PlayStation 3, for PlayStation 4 with updated graphics and a new mode where you can play as Metallia the witch. It’s out September 25 in Japan.
Square Enix is releasing its 3D remake of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, originally launched for iOS and Android, for PC via Steam next month. Click through for a Visual Works trailer and some screenshots.

You’d probably forgotten about it or lost hope for a localization, but 3DS shoot ’em upKarous: The Beast of Re:Eden is coming to west on April 30 via the 3DS eShop. And it’ll only cost $6.99.
Spike Chunsoft‘s One Way Heroics not-remake Mystery Chronicle and Compile Heart‘s PS VitaDate A Live compilation will launch in Japan on July 30. There’s also a new trailer for the latter.
Bravely Second isn’t out yet, but the producer is already putting together ideas for a sequel. Make sure Second sells well to guarantee the third one is made.
FruitBat Factory has released the English opening movie and new screenshots for its Eiyuu Senki: The World Conquest localization. The full thing is due out PlayStation 3 this summer.
A new story trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles X came out this week, as well as a Nintendo of America-led Nintendo Direct sharing some English details about the game. Watch them both through the links.

First details on the latest PS Vita Hyperdimension Neptunia spin-offs have come out of this week’s Dengeki PlayStation, primarily on Hyperdimension War Neptunia vs. Sega Hard Girls, which has a new protagonist named Hatsumi Sega.
Keeping with the Neptunia theme, Idea Factory International has announced a limited edition for the western release of Hyperdimension Neptunia U. Pre-orders start on May 1.
Marvelous and XSEED’s Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven will launch in North America on June 2 and Europe on June 4. In North America, it’ll be retail and digital, while Europe will get the game digital-only.
New details on the PS Vita Taiko Drum Master game have come out this week, including its currently confirmed list of songs, details on the game’s quest mode, new songs from Digimon and Tales of Zestiria, and new gameplay footage from the game’s Chinese announcement video.
Assassin’s Creed creator Patrice Desilets announced his new game this week. It’s an episodic third-person action-adventure survival game that lets players “relive the greatest moments of mankind with a documentary twist.”
Capcom‘s Resident Evil remaster has topped one million sales. Most of those sales came from the digital version, Capcom felt the need to outline, even though the game is only available on disc for PlayStation 3 in Japan.
PS Vita and PlayStation 4’s killer app, Gal Gun: Double Peace, will launch in Japan on August 6, and it will be available in standard and limited editions. The latter includes a set of four costumes, while pre-orders for either edition also includes a costume.
