Dream Club and Earth Defense Force publisher D3 Publisher announced Bullet Girls, a new game for PS Vita, in this week’s Famitsu.
In development at Shade and due out on August 28 for 6,296 yen in Japan, the game is an action shooter in the vein of something like paintball.
Bullet Girls takes place in a school that serves upper class girls, and focuses on a specific group who practice their shooting skills as part of the Ranger Club.
Playable weapons are set to include, handguns, rifles, recoil-less rifles, and shotguns, among others.
Destructible clothing is also mentioned as a gameplay mechanic, with the girls’ underwear also being customizable. There’s also said to be “interrogation practice” in the game, which entails players touching the girls.
Overall development progress is said to be somewhere around 60 percent.
