Mighty No. 9 gets PlayStation 4 and Xbox One stretch goal

$3,300,000 promises next-gen console releases.

Comcept’s Mighty No. 9 will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One should it reach $3,300,000 in funding on Kickstarter, according to its updated stretch goals.

“Yes! We heard your calls and are proud to report we can finally offer next-gen versions of Mighty No. 9 here!” reads an update on the game’s Kickstarter blog.

“We know by the time the game ships in 2015, many of you will be proud owners of one next-gen system or the other — or maybe both! If we reach this level of funding, we can add the PS4 and the Xbox One to the list for every backer getting the digital version of Mighty No. 9 to choose from!”

The game will also be released on current-gen platforms, including PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, if it reaches $2,2000,000 in funding.

Currently, the game has reached four stretch goals: two extra stages, Mac and Linux versions of the game, New Game Plus and Turbo Mode, and a making-of documentary.
