Thing is Kojima was planning to have Gray Fox coming back on MGS2 but the voice actor passed away and because of the respect of that voice actor he didnt develop the idea of Gray fox further, heck even Twin Snakes gamecube version only had english dialogue (all regions) because of this reason.

Not sure, but I think it’s too high-res for PW. It’s almost certainly a faked video, though. Why would a video for internal use only at MDS contain the website address at the end?
