They charged for it back then, but enough people complained and they returned the money. It made sense back then, the game was not coming out until next year.

I’ve been looking on ebay, right now people are trying to sell it for crazy prices.

I’ve never had the best luck with Namco. This goes back to before they merged with Bandai. It’s very much been a love/hate relationship for me. I even refused to buy games from them for a few years, but that doesn’t really hurt anyone but me.

I had a feeling that things might go horribly wrong with this. The store supporting digital river should have been a red light for me.

I can’t blame all of the Namco-Bandai for this. I can only blame those in charge of the store. I doubt I’ll ever be placing another order on the store again.

I still plan on buying the game, I’d still like to get the Wizard’s edition. I’m just going to have to wait a bit longer, and work harder to get it.

I appreciate the support though. It helps to talk about it with friends. ^^

I don’t think so. My email responses have been awful. I’ll admit, I’m a bit upset considering I was an early adopter. I placed my pre-order on June 29, 2012. I’m one of the people who helped get some of those bonus items added to the set.

Any normal store would set aside an order with an issue, and at least give the customer 24 hours to fix it.

I might try and see if I can get it from ebay, I’m sure someone will be selling it. I kinda want to forget about it right now… =/

Well the people who are actually interested in buying the game will probably use other sites for reference (I hope) rather than just the opinion of one crappy little game mag.

Looks like I was one of the customers that got screwed over. I sent an email earlier today and haven’t gotten a response.

I suppose that is what I get for forgetting about getting a new card back in September.

well, like I said, I sent them an email yesterday. I don’t want to anger them by flooding them with more emails. :p

I might call them in the afternoon if I haven’t heard anything by then though. Like 1pm in the afternoon or something.

I’m in a state of flux on this apparently. I ordered it back in june but I was given a new credit card in sept and I changed my credit card on their store but it wouldn’t let me change it for that order so I sent them an email asking if there’s going to be a problem when they try to charge me with the old card and I haven’t heard back from them yet. Getting worried. >_<

7 isn’t good by gameinformer standards. They gave other M a 6.5 and consider it to be one of the worst games ever made on the Wii, and claim it ruined the whole series. Hell they gave the new Dead or Alive a 6 and openly said they absolutely hate the game.

from what i gather in neogaf, it seems they don’t allow you to change your credit card or shipping address once you place your order.

this fucked up alot of early supporters who ordered since June or July.

i ordered mine June 29, 2012, finally i was able to secure this.

same thing happened to The Sky: The Art of Final Fantasy.

hopefully Namco will learn a lesson from this, and use another company for billing or just do Amazon(which would have made things much MUCH easier)
