Glad other gamers are excited for Watch Dogs. It looked utterly generic to me. Trigger a scripted event here, take cover there, third person shooting over here, etc. Looked like a generic TPS with some futuristic gadgets and good graphics (running on hi-spec PCs, after all). Maybe the rumored/implied social connectivity stuff will make it emerge from the TPS mold but I am still not interested in the game. The reason it stole the show was because it was a new IP that actually managed to stay under wraps and it looked great running on PC. That’s just my personal opinion, of course.

I hope the reason AC3 was so buggy was because all their efforts were on this game. This game really did steal E3 and it’d be a shame if it ended up like AC3 did.

Expected 2013. Glad it’s confirmed now, but I’m still expecting a delay into 2014 because tehy’re still hiring for the game…
