I won’t lie, if this came out on the PSP and Vita, I’d probably buy the PSP version, if only to avoid buying a Vita for as long as possible. I would buy the system eventually (I know there’s gonna be exclusives I’ll want on it), but if there’s multi-plat releases on systems I already own, I’ll be a cheap-o :/
