I hope the new engine Square-Enix has been developing is finished, so they can finally complete Versus. Hopefully before this year is over.

I’m excited to see what they have to show in the next few months, it should give us a good idea of how far along development is.

I just hope this new engine is worth the time and money they have put into it. If crystal tools had been better, the game would have been out already.

I think SE should have known mentioning the game as Theatrhythm DLC was going to cause an uproar.

These days, [i]any article with Square-Enix in the name[/i] turns into something about Versus. Even when the article itself has nothing to do with Versus.

Som…nus? I think I remember listening to this song like six years ago, when some FF game was announced. Can’t remember which game was that, for the life of me.

In all seriousness, I’m diggin the DLC songs. Dark Messenger for FF IX, good good!

Also, to all of you wishing and hoping for Versus news soon: you really shouldn’t get your hopes up so not to feel disappointed, that’s what I always do about this game. I think that if we really stop caring about it, SE will actually realize it’s about time to market their shit properly. Right now, they have us where they want. They can keep teasing us with a carrot on top of a stick.

I've seen a few trailers and it seems the field stages are usually easy as they are slower songs, and opposite for the battle. Saw one for battle at the big bridge and damn it was fast!
