@Locksus: To me IV felt like a GTA, it just didn’t have much of a fun factor compared to its previous gen entries. Higher production values are appreciated, but if you can’t make the game fun to play, you completely miss the boat in my book. All in all, I know Rockstar (are they the developers and publishers?) can redeem themselves the next go around.

And for the record I’m not trying to pick on GTA IV exclusively, their are a lot current gen sequels that just seem to come up short, when you compare them to their previous gen installments.

Anyways, I hope this will be as good as GTA San Andreas or Vice City as those are my favourites. That’s not to say I din’t enjoy IV but somehow it just didn’t feel like GTA to me. Still a great game.
