YES!!! GRID 2 with more emphasis on CLASSIC Muscle Cars, specifically allowing you to use the Firebird Trans-Am (featured as horribly restricted DLC in the first game) IN PROPER CAREER MODE RACES, PLEASE. In fact, if all they did was expand the Muscle Car's in the game by a factor of, say, 6x, and maybe add a few extra San Fran style tracks, I'd buy it, full price, seriously. No game ever captured the thrill of driving muscle cars 'Hollywood style' like that game, not even the original 'Driver'.

A quick (not exhaustive) list of classic muscle cars I'd like to see (not including the muscle cars from the first game which should be in the new one by default):
1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 HO
1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS (with Rally Sport option)
1969 Dodge Charger (yeah yeah CLICHE but it's still awesome)
1969 Pontiac GTO
1969 Shelby GT350 Ford Mustang
1970 AMC AMX
1970 AMC AMX III (not strictly a muscle car but it deserves attention! :P)
1970 Oldsmobile 442
1972 Chevrolet SS Yenko Nova
1975 Ford Falcon XB GT 351
1976 Pontiac Fire Am
1977 Pontiac Can Am (this could make for a fun Derby alternative given it's shape!)
1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
1982 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

And trust me, this isn't like the Skyline's in GT5, the Trans Am's from those different periods were VERY different looking/handling cars for the most part (the '76 Fire Am and '77 Trans Am being the one exceptional case). I could go on but yeah, the extremely small Muscle Car component of GRID was my only criticism of the game, to this day I swear it has the BEST AI I've ever driven against, and the muscle car handling is sublime. As Acidicsam said, "Please be true!" O_O
