Rumor: Quantic Dreams casting for “Horizon”

According to a source of games website VG247, French studio Quantic Dream has already begun casting for their next project, known as “Horizon”.

Very few details were given, but apparently Sony Computer Entertainment will be publishing. The source hinted that the game will fall into the science fiction genre, and that the plot will revolve around “a curious man raised very insular, meeting a free woman who is hesitant to exercise her freedom.”

The casting call will supposedly be taking place in Los Angeles – however, no exact shooting location has been provided.

Cage confirmed in March that their next project was “already written” and will be “very different” and “surprising” in comparison to Heavy Rain. He also said that it’ll be “less than you think” before we get a first look.

Since Quantic Dreams is a European studio, it wouldn’t be surprising to see at least something come out of Gamescom later this year.
