Child’s Play Raises Over $1 Million

childs-play-charity

The greatest and largest of all video game charities, Penny Arcade’s Child’s Play, has surpassed the massive earnings of $1,000,000. That is a hell of a lot of zeros and means gamers have hearts, at least some of them. It is strange to think that two nerds who started a webcomic have gotten so huge that they can raise over a million dollars for sick children. I think this is a significant step in bringing games to all kids and helping them cope while they are in the hospital. I was in the hospital once, as a child, and gaming would have made my stay better, how about yours? Any stories out there or have you donated this year?
