35 Million Copies of Call of Duty Sold

Kotaku is pointing out a small tidbit that was written in a recent Reuters story. In the story, the author talks about the sales of Call of Duty: World at War. This is not the major quote, but she states that since 2003, the Call of Duty series has sold over 35 million copies over all platforms. Holy crap, that is a ton of copies and is the real reason why Activision is keeping a yearly installment on our wish lists. I don’t want to crunch those numbers because I am tired, but lets just say it is a fleet of dump trucks full of cash. Hit the link for the whole story and the full article.
