Welcome readers, as we open our new site on the morning of May 11, 2008. This sunrise brings us good news, and it brings us bad news.

The good news is that we are now open and (almost) fully functional. The old site, for those who weren’t with us, was a somewhat successful one I ran on Blogger called onAXIS. Throughout its lifespan (July 2007 – May 2008), I wrote 3,860 posts, keeping the PlayStation 3 community on track with the latest in news updates. Today, the site evolves, adding four writers, a new image gallery, and forums to be opened momentarily. We’re very excited.

But the bad news, unfortunately, is that the Metal Gear Online beta officially ends today. Next time we get our hands on it will be June 12, 2008. But we’ll have the sweet single-player campaign of Metal Gear Solid 4 to play, as well!

All said and done, let us now bid onAXIS farewell, as we welcome SCRAWL unto the internet. We hope you enjoy the new site. We know we will. So go ahead and create an account, set your avatar, and start commenting.
